Question about how important it is to have pretty application icons for roaming users

Patient programmers (and others),We are making headway with the idea of allowing you to use image resources (e.g. .gif, .png) as database.. er.. application icons. These pretty icons would appear in the open list, in the tabs, and of course, in the workspace chicklets. (YOU, or someone at your organization has to create said pretty new image resources and put them into your Notes application, of course.)
Our next deadline is fast approaching and we're trying to fit all the work in to make this happen-- I cannot promise anything yet.
My question for you today is:
If we got most of the work done, but NOT the work that allowed these new pretty icons to ROAM... should we wait until we have the complete fix including roaming users, or is it sufficient to get this feature out to you even if we don't support roaming users in the first release of this feature?
We are going to TRY to get it to work with roaming users... my question is trying to help us plan ahead if we don't get it to work. I am wondering if you might take this first release to design the new icons, get them into the applications and test then, and might not be ready to actually roll them out until a future release anyway. But let me know. That's why I'm asking!
