The three states of the Sidebar

Today I'm starting a series of short posts about the sidebar-- many of which will be taken from the 2-hour "show and tell" that Jamie Liu and I did at Lotusphere 2010.

Since Notes 8.0, we've had a sidebar, and it has had 3 states. You can manipulate those states by using the menu items on the View menu or by clicking the sidebar splitter, as shown in the following picture.

Notice that we have shortcut keys (added in Notes 8.5 I think( for opening, closing and "making skinny". They are:
CTRL +4 to open the sidebar
CTRL+3 to make it thin (show only icons)
CTRL+0 to close it.
