Notes 8.5.1: Policy to enable "Synchronize Contacts"

Polite policy users,
If you were at the "beat the developers, er, um, I mean the ASK the developers" session at Lotusphere last year, you may remember that a woman got up and asked for a policy so that she could turn on  "Synchronize Contacts" on the replicator page. (The preference is still there for end users to do it themselves, and we do agree that it is not the easiest thing to find.)

So, here you have it.  Don't forget that these uses should also have a replication schedule, which you can also set with Policy if you want.
