Hi Folks,
Here is the CHI paper about the various methods we used (ranging from interviews and traditional usability tests to social methods like this very blog) to re-design Lotus Notes.
We're still using these methods and Dr. Betsy Comstock, loves to invent/tweak methods for new situations, so stay tuned for opportunities for more exciting involvement in the design of Lotus Products.
